Xpress Facts

To ensure that our customers have quick and easy access to the most up-to-date product tools and resources, we have launched new Xpress Facts pages on MeritorPartsXpress.com, truly making it a one-stop shop for aftermarket product information.

Each product line now has a designated Xpress Facts page where both logged-in and non-logged in users can find product-specific tools and resources including sales and technical publications, maintenance manuals, catalogs, calculators, videos, on-demand training courses and more.

New Option - Can Build

Effective December 2020, MeritorPartsXpress.com users have a new option to determine inventory availability. The message “Can build?” is now visible on any out of stock kit part numbers built in our Florence, KY facility. Can build? option is available on both our product listing and product details pages.

Our newest feature is available to all site visitors. No user ID required.

Upon selection, users will receive a message of Can build or Insufficent Quantity.

A message of Can build when the components required to build one (1) kit are in stock and the kit can be built.

Or if we are short on any components to build the kit then an Insufficient quantity message will be displayed.

Xpress Inventory Messages

Our newest enhancement, Xpress ‘deliver by date’ inventory messages, launched August 2020, offers real-time product availability to your door. Or to your customer’s door! Since the site launch in 2017, MeritorPartsXpress has provided in and out of stock inventory information. Now we’re taking it to the next level!

Our site will detect your location and provide the “Get it by…” date. Or when time is critical, we offer a “Want it by…” date too. We make it easy to business with Meritor because we work for you!

But that’s not all, we even provide information for future product availability with our “More on the way” messages for low-stock levels. Xperience the future of uptime now.

  • Xpress inventory messages are visible on the Product Detail Page
  • Users can reach the Product Detail Page by searching a part number or from the Product Listing Page
  • From the Product Listing Page, click the blue hyperlinked part number to be directed to the Product Detail Page

Stock Order Uploads

Our Stock Upload got an upgrade! We now offer Drag and Drop as well as Cut and Paste capabilities. To take advantage of these Xpress functionalities, visit the Stock Upload / Quick Order page. Open any popular* file types from your computer, select the part numbers and quantities and select Submit. Or download any of our templates, add the part numbers and quantities (remember to keep the headings) and save the file. Then upload your order spreadsheet.

*Popular formats include: .xls, .xlsx, .txt, or .csv

My Notification Alerts

Keeping up-to-date on your order(s) is as easy as 1, 2, 3. The Notifications Settings page allows users to opt-in to email, text, or both types of alerts.

As a registered user, you can opt-in to receive order notifications for all orders placed with Meritor. Get order notifications for your selected ship to location(s) and the alerts include orders placed by any authorized buyer within your organization.

To opt in, from the top navigation bar, select My Account, then My Notification Alerts.

My Orders Portal

24 hour order information is available for MeritorPartsXpress.com logged in users. No more waiting and wondering about your order status. Users can easily navigate the My Orders portal to view open orders, order history and even download your complete order board.

Quickly identify order status information including:

  • Open Orders
  • In Process Orders (order is being picked and packaged for shipment)
  • Shipped Orders (includes bill of lading and order tracking)
  • Past Due Orders
